Refund Policy
- Unused minutes are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
- Failed translations are refunded to your balance automatically.
- There's no subscription, so there's nothing to cancel.
One-time packs, nothing to cancel
Translate My Hobby sells one-time minute packs: $9.90 for 300 minutes, $19.90 for 660 minutes, $39.90 for 1,440 minutes. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. You are only charged when you buy a pack.
Refunds for unused minutes
Email support@translatemyhobby.com within 14 days of the purchase, from the Google account you paid with, and include the purchase date and amount. A person reviews every request.
We refund the minutes from that purchase that you haven't used, at the per-minute price you paid. Minutes already spent on a finished translation are not refunded. Approved refunds go back to your original card or PayPal account. We reply within 2 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
Failed translations
If a translation doesn't finish, the minutes go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.
What isn't refunded
- Minutes already used on a finished translation.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase.
- Free previews, which have no cash value.
Charged twice, or don't recognize a charge?
Email us and we'll refund any duplicate charge. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — it's usually faster for you.
